• E-commerce Platform (WooCommerce): Our store operates on the WooCommerce platform, which stores customer and order information (such as name, contact details, and purchase history) to facilitate transactions, account management, and order fulfillment. • Shipping & Logistics – Chit Chats (and their partner carriers): We use Chit Chats to process and ship orders, which may further disclose this data to third-party carriers and logistics partners, including those located outside of Canada, to complete delivery and provide tracking updates. By placing an order for a SpindleEd product, you authorize Spindle Strategy Corp. to share your personal identifiable information (PII)—including your name, address, and telephone number—with Chit Chats and its partners (carriers) to fulfill your service. You represent and warrant that you have authorized us to share this PII with Chit Chats for the purpose of shipping. Chit Chats respects your privacy and will, in accordance with their policy, redact personally identifiable information from shipment records after 90 days. • Analytics (Google LLC): This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies,” which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site.
